Has anyone else had the same trouble as me, decided to subscribe to setanta sports way back in July, where they took £40.00 to send me a set top box, which never arrived, however they did start to take money from my bank account, I managed to get my bank to stop the DD, but as I paid for the box with a switch card they could not do anything about that payment.
I have since telephoned Setanta sports on numerous occasions, written to them recorded delivery, got trading standards involved, all of which has been ignored by Setanta sports. I am now in the throes of commencing legal proceedings.
Please let me have your comments.
